Halloween redo, 100% digital

This is a digital redo of a traditional watercolor illustration I made for Kitsap Credit Union, Kids Club newsletter, over a year ago.  I admit, it feels beyond weird creating art digitally!  My brain can't get over the fact that I'm NOT drawing/painting on real life paper or canvas.  The trade off, the work flow is soooooo much faster!!!!

Kid's Club sketches part 3 ( Winter 2018 )

Saint Patrick didn’t wear green at all. His original color was “Saint Patrick’s blue.” Despite his Irish notoriety, Saint Patrick was British.

Halloween is coming

I'm getting ready for Inktober.  I may use the style you see below.  We shall see...or rather, YOU shall see.  HAHAHAHAHAAAA

Daily sketch 8-1-18

Another vampire sketch.  Trying out digital acrylic paints.  I like the loose/gestural workflow.  Maybe a future style?  I need to practice, see what happens with it.

Prompt: Hidden ( WIP )

Here's a few of my ideas, thus far, for "hidden".

Idea #1:  A mouse hidden inside of a women's overly big haired bee hive.  He's come out of hiding for a bite to eat!

Idea #2:  Bigfoot hunter doesn't see the hidden beast blending into the trees behind him.

Idea #3:  Family driving their annual vacation road trip doesn't notice the foothill to their left is not what it seems.  Dinner time!
